[ZOOMNOCAM] Mac: no-camera-in-zoom troubleshooting

We are sorry the LoomieLive Camera is not showing up in Zoom for you. Now that you have verified your Zoom version is > 5.2, there is a test you can do outside of Zoom to verify our installation succeeded:

(in the Verifying section.) Would you please give this a try and let us know if the LoomieLive camera appears in the list there?

If it does not appear in the webcam test camera list within Chrome, please also check Chrome's settings Privacy&Security / Site Settings / Camera -- there will be a list of blocked and allowed websites. Be sure webcamtests.com is not blocked. It is sometimes necessary to reload webcamtests.com a couple of times before it displays a dropdown of camera choices including LoomieLive

Lastly, to give us more information about the installation, would you be willing to run these commands in Terminal and send us the output?
