# \[ZOOMAV] Windows: camera not in zoom menu

**Cause:** Antivirus software interferes with installation of the vcam service.

Hi,

We are sorry Zoom and LoomieLive are not cooperating. It is possible that antivirus software is interfering with the installation of the virtual camera service. We've noticed this with **Bitdefender**, **Kaspersky**, and **Avast**.

One way to check that your installation succeeded, outside of Zoom, is the **webcamtest** described here: <https://apps.loomai.com/loomielive/installation-and-setup#verifying-the-virtual-camera>

If installation is failing because of an antivirus product, you may be able to whitelist loomai.com with your local installation of the product before installing, or ask your IT department to do so if this is a managed machine. We do not have detailed instructions for accomplishing this. Or you may choose to disable the service while installing LoomieLive.

We are working to become whitelisted with these products and would appreciate hearing from you if this is affecting you.

Best regards,
