[ZOOMBLACK] in Windows, LL goes Black

Windows condition where LL hangs with no image, possibly UI frozen

Cause: Contention for the webcam. In Windows, only one process can claim it, and if Zoom gets it first, LL is stuck.

We are sorry you are experiencing problems with LoomieLive in Zoom. This sounds like contention for the webcam, a fight between Zoom and LoomieLive. To be sure LoomieLive gets the webcam, make sure Zoom is not using the webcam when LoomieLive starts:

1) Close LoomieLive,

2) Start Zoom,

3) Select the "LoomieLive" in Zoom as the virtual camera,

4) Start LoomieLive
