Windows: webcam in use but not really

Cause: some webcams appear in use to loomielive. a bug, fixed in upcoming release.

We have detected that there is a certain set of cameras for which we have a bug and this message shows. We are working on a fix and we will come back to you once we have it. If you could let us know which webcam model are you using it would be really helpful. Thanks a lot for your patience.
