Overview

These are readymade answers for common LoomieLive and Loomie problems reported as tickets in Zendesk. It's like a FAQ with pastable polite customizable content.

TAGS: Each Q/A also has a TAG in its title. While buffing the response, please add its TAG to the ticket's tag area on the left, for later analytics or product recalls.

IMPORTANT: Zendesk's search is irritatingly case sensitive. We're standardizing on tags being ALLCAPS.

NEEDINFO: Sometimes we can't answer right away and instead ask for more information. Tag the ticket with NEEDINFO so long as it is in this state -- sometimes the customer never writes back, or solves their own problem, and this will help in a periodic scrub of unfinished tickets.

404 Notfound: Finally, if you don't find a readymade answer here, please create a new page with the question and your response, and give it (and the ticket) a fresh TAG.
